Guided by this year’s theme, ”Missionary Experience”, you will have the opportunity to explore Catholic Social Teaching and the See-Judge-Act methodology.
YOUM.A.D 2.0 – an immersion camp for young adults
In conjunction with the Season of Creation 2025, themed Peace with Creation, Caritas Penang will be organising YOUM.A.D 2.0 Camp for young adults.
This camp invites participants to step into the life of the Orang Asli 🏕️, to listen to the cry of the poor and the earth 🐾🌴, and to take part in a 🐑 community-building project 🌽 together with the Orang Asli community. It will be a 😇spirit-filled journey of ✝️ reflection on Scripture, 🔎 encountering realities on the ground, and 🙏🏽 discerning how we are called to respond in action 🙋🏽♂️.
Do you want to spend a weekend with the orang asli together?
Date: 10 -12 Oct 2025
Time: Arrival at 5pm Fri – finish by 3pm Sunday
Venue: Church of Sacred Heart & Ladang Care (Kampar)
Fee: RM45 (inclusive of meals and lodging)
